All our custom built systems come with a 12 month warranty, as does any hardware bought and installed by a Tangled Technology technician.
Our remote support service is charged @ £25/hr billed per 30mins.

We offer on-going maintenance and service packages for your personal computers or business. We have various packages on rolling monthly contracts for remote support, or better value annual contracts. Unfortunately not one package is the same as every customer requires different Service Level Agreements, number of users, excess bands etc.

Remote Support is perfect for fixing software, adjusting settings, and driver issues without a technician needing to be on-site.

Hardware problems cannot be corrected via our remote support service, although we may be able to diagnose the fault with it the hardware, via remote support.
